Stone Ridge Builders & Development is an owner-led construction and remodeling company serving Long Beach Island and surrounding communities. For more than 15 years, owner Frank DeNicola and his team have worked on LBI homes of all sizes—from kitchens, bathrooms and smaller improvements to major renovations, additions and custom homes. Prior to his work on LBI, he spent more than 20 years building custom homes in Greenwich, CT and other parts of Fairfield County, CT.
Frank believes a good construction experience starts with being straightforward. He takes the time to understand what homeowners want to accomplish, provides detailed budgets, and has realistic conversations about options, costs and where it makes sense to invest. When there’s a better or more practical way to approach something, he’ll say so.
Customers also know they can reach him. Frank stays closely involved throughout every project, keeps homeowners informed about what’s happening and what comes next, and is always available to answer questions. And he explains things in plain language—not contractor talk—so homeowners understand their choices and can make decisions with confidence.
